Jade Tremba grew up in the history-rich hills of West Virginia. A multi-instrumentalist, she plays the piano, bass guitar, bass guitar, singer, and is a songwriter. She is a lover of all things roots; this and her deep faith led her to play in local reggae cover bands wherein she networked and found herself to be a go-to harmony singer for legendary roots reggae artists. Among her credits: she sang backup vocals for Junior Marvin (guitarist for Bob Marley), Desi Hyson (keyboardist for the Wailers and Moja Nya), and Lenny Kurlou. She plays keys and sings harmonies for the Baltimore based American reggae band, Jah Works, sharing stages with reggae legends such as Stephen Marley, the Skatalites, the Wailers, and more. Calling Shepherdstown, West Virginia her home, she can be seen at any given time locally or just a stone’s throw away in the DMV area.
